We chose ragdolls due to the breed’s blue eyes, soft fur and charming personality. After few years of consideration we reserved our two first tomcats from Helimikeijun cattery in spring 2018. The breed’s love for company made me choose two cats instead of one.
I took my pedigree cat breeder basic course by Suomen Kissaliitto ry in April 2018. Few weeks later I took an additional 6 hour course in cat genetics. Cattery name FI*Talvililjan was registered in autumn 2018. A contract for breeding male had been made in early summer.
I acquired my first queen just before Christmas 2018.
